A struggle leads to an officer-involved shooting Tuesday morning in OildaleThe Kern County Sheriff’s Office says this happened around 1:30am near Moneta and North Chester Ave. Deputies responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle. When they arrived on scene, the deputies found a truck with someone inside. After making contact, a struggle ensued and a man ended up getting shot by one of the deputies. The suspect was taken to the hospital where he’s in stable condition. No word on who the suspect is. Two other people were detained at the scene.
