For the first time in 20 years, the Triple-A is not issuing a Memorial Day travel forecast. The auto club says anecdotal evidence suggests this weekend’s travel volume is likely to set a record low. That current record holder right now is Memorial Day 2009, with nearly 31-million travelers.
